lets hope that domination has a little bit more depth than Dominate the enemy team by shooting them till they are all dead to win

The dota style maps would actually not even be the worst - IF they didn't ignore all the things that take place on the way to your enemy's base. Pretty apparent that they've never played (probably never even watched a match) one of those popular mobas before and just wanted to try to cash in by using the map design.
It's also why respawns completely don't work in CW - there's only 1 single objective layered in behind skirmish.

THIS is good gameplay for something on the scale of Community Warfare or hell, even PUG matches:

I'm not particularly a fan of the dota style adoption either, just saying that the reason it doesn't work is because they have nothing between A and Z - which is why the dota and similar mobas work and the MWO knock-off doesn't. You can't try to do that style of match and then completely leave out all the gameplay elements that take place in the middle/contentious zones and have anything but what we have, a mode that doesn't work.
And I'll try to remember to check out those videos after work, I totally missed out on LL.

yes please
MWLL does "this tacticks thing" a LOT better than MWO
not to mention that mechs there just plain feel like mechs, weapons feel like weapons, and the whole game system is just plain better designed....
*sigh*
right, i think im going to play MWLL today instead... maybe i get less people to play with, but i just need the gameplay depth
